Maritime Injury & Admiralty

Robert H. Fritz put himself through law school working off-shore in the Gulf of Mexico. During his legal clerkship , Robert worked on the maritime case, involving a burned seaman which ultimately resulted in the largest multi-million dollar verdict, without punitive damages, at that time, in United States history. The off-shore helicopter crash of an Air Logistics helicopter departing an oil rig resulted in Robert's successful representation of the pilot in command. The recent representation of a ship captain to the current representation of a severely injured seaman and roustabout on an off shore oil rig, proves our continued dedication to protecting the rights of those individuals injured in the maritime-admiralty industry. Robert is a long standing member of the admiralty law section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
