Our continuous experience and success in litigating automobile, bus and trucking collisions for over 18 years has developed a reputation that commands the attention of automobile and transportation liability insurance companies and other attorneys throughout the United States.  Robert Fritz and the Fritz Law Firm have produced results and established a reputation that draws referrals from other lawyers throughout the United States.

We believe it is extremely important to be notified or consulted by referring Attorneys or clients soon after an accident occurs in order to gather evidence necessary to prove liability and damages. Evidence such as location photographs, defective equipment, damaged property and equipment, witness statements and documentation of injuries are invaluable in protecting and representing our clients' interests.

Cases are handled on a CONTINGENT FEE basis. Legal fees are a percentage of the recovery, which we obtain for our clients. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. We accept responsibility for advancing the significant expenses of preparing a case for trial and our fee is based on our results.

Complex contingency cases often require the dedication of enormous resources. We advance all costs associated with developing a case and bring to bear a full complement of professional resources, including nationally recognized experts, investigators and video editors.

REFERRAL FEES are paid to referring attorneys and referring attorneys remain active as a part of the trial team.
